Lonesome Dove Lodge/Bar & Grill is looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Au Gres, MI!! This is a full-time position that will require the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and/or holidays!!

- Menu Development and Innovation
- Food Preparation and Presentation
- Staff Management and Training
- Kitchen Operations and Organization
- Quality Control and Food Safety
- Cost Management and Budgeting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institute (strongly preferred)
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity, innovation, and quality
- Leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices
