Lonesome Dove Lodge/Bar & Grill is looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Au Gres, MI!! This is a full-time position that will require the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and/or holidays!! 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 
  • Menu Development and Innovation
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
  • Staff Management and Training
  • Kitchen Operations and Organization
  • Quality Control and Food Safety
  • Cost Management and Budgeting
Qualifications: 
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institute (strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity, innovation, and quality
  • Leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices
